How to reach us
Risor has no support email address yet. Mail sent to a Risor address is not received, so this site does not give you one to write to.
- Questions, problems with an order, refunds: ask in #support on the Risor Discord. Include your order ID if it is about a purchase.
- Bought with Robux and nothing arrived: claim it from your account.
- Your data: your account page exports it or deletes the account, without asking anybody.
How it works
- How buying worksTwo different things are sold here, and they are paid for differently.
