How the commission works
Risor never receives or holds the money for a job. The client pays the creator directly, in whatever way the two of them agree — we are not in the middle of it, and there is no balance here with anybody's money in it.
The commission is separate. It is owed by the creator to Risor, for the service of registering the contract: a record neither side can edit, a reputation that only counts work that actually completed, and an arbiter if it goes wrong.
It is invoiced to the creator after a contract completes. It is never taken out of what the client pays, and a client never owes Risor anything.
A deal made outside a contract owes no commission — and gets no record, no completed count and no arbitration. That is the trade.
