Refund Policy
Last updated: May 2026
1. Digital Goods — General Policy
Risor sells digital products (Roblox templates, scripts, and kits). Because these products are delivered electronically and cannot be "returned" after download, all sales are generally final.
We take quality seriously: every product is reviewed before listing. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact our support team before requesting a refund — we may be able to resolve the issue directly.
2. When Refunds Are Granted
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery: You completed payment but never received access to the download link or files, and our support team cannot resolve the delivery issue within 48 hours.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment processing error.
- Product materially different: The delivered product is substantially different from what was described on the product page (e.g., wrong genre, core functionality missing or broken beyond use).
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@risor.gg or via our Discord support channel. Include your order ID and a brief description of the issue.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Consumer Law Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants statutory rights for digital goods, those rights are not affected by this policy. Where local law provides a longer refund window or broader grounds, those rules apply.
5. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension. Fraudulent chargebacks (requesting a refund through your bank while retaining access to the product) may be pursued through available legal remedies.
This is template boilerplate — review with legal counsel before launch.
